A smoothie made from hemp milk with added hemp seeds is a great way to boost our nutrition in the morning. These seeds are so versatile that they can be sprinkled on top of salad, added to oatmeal, mixed with hummus, or even added to cookie and muffin mix.
Considering that in many parts of the world, the cannabis plant can grow easily, it’s easy to conclude that this food, in its various forms, could help countless people globally who are suffering from malnutrition.
